Data controller
The controller is Dominika Merta, running a business under the name Grupa DPH Dominika Merta, ul. Lipowa 3D, 30-702 Kraków, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7361719779, REGON 361336950. For anything related to personal data, write to kontakt@grupadph.pl.
What data we process and why
- Technical data from your visit. The server logs the IP address, date and time, the page opened, the response code, the browser type and the referring page. We do this to keep the site working and secure, for example to detect attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Access logs are kept for up to 30 days and server error logs for up to 14 days.
- Email correspondence. When you write to us, we process your email address and the data you include in the message. We do this to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, if you ask about working together, to take steps before entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep messages until the matter is closed, and if it leads to a contract, for the period required by tax law and the limitation period for claims.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Everything it needs, including fonts, is loaded from our own server. The only thing stored in your browser is your choice to pause animations, and it never leaves your device. We do not profile visitors.
Who receives the data
The site and email run on infrastructure provided by OVH SAS (France), which processes data on our behalf as the server and email provider. We do not sell data. We may disclose it to public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to restrict its processing, and for data processed to enter into a contract, the right to data portability. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Do you have to provide data
Providing data in a message is voluntary. Without an email address we cannot reply.
